What we collect

On this website: anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, device type, referral source, a random session identifier), and — if you submit a form — your email address.

In the Car Flip Finder app: your account email, display name, saved search preferences, alert settings, optional business details you provide (such as dealer type and monthly volume), and your approximate location if you grant it (used to show deals near you).

How we use it

To operate the product: sending the deal alerts you signed up for, improving valuations and coverage, providing customer support, and sending onboarding and product emails. We measure email opens and clicks to understand what's useful.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to run the product (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, analytics), each bound to use it only on our behalf.

Email choices

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, security, deal alerts you configured) are sent as part of operating your account; you can change alert settings in the app at any time.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account in the app, which removes your profile and personal data from our systems. Website analytics are retained in aggregate form and pruned on a rolling schedule.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage keys for sessions, authentication, and analytics (including Google Analytics). You can block cookies in your browser; the marketing site works without them.
